What is a Wedding Show?
In a nutshell, a wedding show usually takes place in a large convention centre or banquet hall. Depending on the size of the show there will be a number of business and services from many different wedding categories and business types. Such as Wedding Dress Stores, Banquet Halls, Wedding Jewellers, Tuxedo Stores, Photographers, DJ’s, Travel Agents, Florist, Wedding Planners, Caters and more. These business set up in an orderly fashion in usually 10’x10’ booth spaces and do their best to put their best foot forward to appeal to potential customers. Many of the booth displays are spectacular and a great representation of what you could expect if you hired them. Businesses can do demo’s or have on display pictures or video of their their products and services. Attendees can browse up and down the aisles, sample, book vendors, compare similar products and services, chat with the company spokespeople, watch fashion shows, attend seminars, participate in contests or draws and have a fun and informative time planning their weddings.
